Hello and welcome
Why do people come to counselling and psychotherapy?
Past experiences affect us in the here and now, therapy is way to helps us understand/come to terms with our past and experience a better future.
I believe that life is difficult at times, and we are not always able to resolve issues ourselves and need a helping hand. When you are experiencing thoughts and feelings that you are not able to process alone, counselling can be a way of making sense of them and helping you to move forward with your life.
I have a genuine and warm character and real desire to help you. Whatever your issue, a long term problem, an immediate crisis or if you are just feeling stuck. I am able to offer you a calm space where you have the opportunity to explore what has prompted you to seek counselling.
I offer Counselling, Psychotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, and well being sessions or a mixture of all are available. I feel it is important to look at ourselves in an holistic way. Helping you identify the methods that you will find useful and will aid your recovery. This will help you to feel more relaxed and achieve a more balanced frame of mind.
Please advise me at the time of booking an appointment of any medications you are currently taking.
