Hello and welcome
Why do people come to counselling? I believe that life is difficult at times and we are not always able to resolve issues by ourselves and need a helping hand. When you are experiencing thoughts and feelings that you are not able to process alone, counselling can be a way of making sense of them and helping you to move forward with your life. I have a genuine and warm character and real desire to help you. Whatever your issue, a long term problem, an immediate crisis or if you are just feeling stuck. I am able to offer you a calm space where you have the opportunity to explore what has prompted you to seek counselling.
Therapy and Mindfulness sessions or a mixture of both are available. Group mindful/well-being sessions available – small groups of between 4 -6. Meet with like minded people and find your inner peace. Sessions priced at £20 per person. Some clients have requested the chance to have counselling outside walking amongst nature. As the weather improves these are becoming very popular. Sessions are one to one only and at an agreed location.
Mindfulness, Relaxation, visualisation and Meditation techniques can be incorporated into sessions. I feel it is important to look at ourselves in an holistic way and to look at all methods that you will find useful to aid your recovery. This will help you to feel more relaxed and achieve a more balanced frame of mind.
