Why do people come to counselling? I believe that life is difficult at times and we are not always able to resolve issues by ourselves and need a helping hand. I have a warm character and a genuine desire to help you. I offer therapy and Mindfulness sessions or a mixture of both. Group mindful/well-being sessions available – small groups of between 4 -6. Meet with like minded people and find your inner peace. Sessions priced at £20 per person.
Whatever you are currently facing, an immediate crisis, long term issues or if you are feeling stuck. I can offer you a calm and confidential space. Here you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Then together we can find the best way for you to work through them.
I offer you the opportunity to learn Mindfulness, Relaxation, visualisation and Meditation techniques. These will help you to feel more relaxed and achieve a more balanced frame of mind.
I am offering clients the chance to have counselling outside walking amongst nature. I also offer Skype sessions
